| America Recycles Day
Each year on November 15th Americans celebrate America Recycles Day (ARD). ARD is a national celebration to promote the importance of recycling. The Recycling Association of Minnesota is the state organizer of this campaign. If you missed the events this year just remember, America Recycles Day can be celebrated every day!

ARD TOOLKIT:
Here is everything you will need to help promote America Recycles Day. This year campaign materials are available electronically. The approach is to promote recycling with pledging; however, the pledging is done online, paper copy templates are available online as well. RAM has posted the toolkit online. This electronic version allows partners to customize media releases, articles, websites, and emails.

Here's a couple of things you can do for America Recycles Day (ARD):
Pledge on-line. Each year the America Recycles Day campaign asks Americans to show their support for recycling. One way to do this is to complete an on-line pledge card by November 15th. Click here to the national America Recycles Day web site to find out more. You will not get on a mailing list if you pledge. The adult prize this year is an Alaskan cruise, and the youth prize includes several aluminum Trek bicycles.
