Compost Bin & Rain Barrel Sale

August 2022 UPDATE: There are still rain barrels available at Austin Utilities, and compost bins available at the City of Ramsey and Stearns County, but the rest of the sales have sold out for the season. Each Spring, the Recycling Association of Minnesota partners with local governments, soil and watershed districts, nonprofits, and other organizations to provide quality rain barrels and compost bins made from 100 % recycled materials at low cost to Minnesota residents.

How the Sale Works

  1. Learn more about our products below
  2. Scroll down and find a location near you. Note that not all locations offer both products. You don’t have to be a resident of that community to pickup from there (with the exception of Washington County, The City of Bemidji and the City of Golden Valley, which are restricted to residents).
  3. Make sure that you are able to pickup your order on the date listed for the location you choose
  4. Follow the prompts to place your order and pay online
  5. Pick up your order at the listed location during the advertised pickup event

Quantities at each location are limited and they sell out, so place your order today!

– The customer agrees to pick up their order according to the posted location, date and time
– The customer understands that all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges
– The customer understands that orders not picked up at the posted event may be cancelled and refunded minus a 15% administrative fee
