At the March 2021 board meeting, the board of directors selected Paul Gardner as Chair and Pam Hove as Vice Chair. Each will serve two-year terms.
Paul is a former legislator and Administrator of the Clean Water Council for the State of Minnesota. He was also RAM’s executive director from 1997 to 2006.
Pam is the Solid Waste Coordinator for the City of Hopkins. As such, she is responsible for managing all residential waste, recycling, organics, yard waste and brush programs for nearly 3,000 accounts.
You can learn more about Paul and Pam, as well as all of the RAM board members by clicking here.
We are excited to welcome Paul and Pam to their new positions. We also wish to thank former Chair Michael Reed and former Vice Chair Zach Fjestad for their service to RAM.
