The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather information from all the Materials Recovery Facilities (MRFs) in the State of Minnesota about what they accept/don’t accept and what kind of contaminates are causing problems etc. The data will be used by the MPCA and the Recycling Education Committee (REC) to better direct communications efforts.
