2018 John Maattala Recycling Bin Grant The Recycling Association of Minnesota (RAM) is once again offering the John Maattala bin grant to RAM members. John Maattala was a Solid Waste Technician for Crow Wing County and a dedicated member of RAM. This bin grant is in his honor. This year, there are two types of recycling bins for the grant.
